DataFlux qMDM Solution underpins a single, trusted master data repository that supports customer management, marketing and business intelligence initiatives
LONDON (July 15, 2009) — DataFlux, a leading provider of data quality and data integration solutions, today announced that it has helped CPP Group Plc (CPP), a leading international marketing services organization, successfully complete the first phase of an enterprise master data management (MDM) program. CPP selected the DataFlux qMDM Solution to better manage data held on over 10 million customers and 200 partner organizations by building a single master data repository.
During the first phase of the project, all of CPP’s customer, partner and policy data were successfully migrated to the master data repository. Following the initial stages of deployment, CPP is already projecting annual cost savings of £500,000 when compared to previously outsourced data management solutions, with models showing more savings after the completion of additional phases of the project. Phases two and three of this project will see CPP enrich its data with additional intelligence to improve marketing effectiveness and further integrate the DataFlux qMDM Solution with all of its operational systems.
Through integration with CPP’s customer relationship management (CRM) and operational systems, as well as its analytical data marts, the DataFlux qMDM Solution is providing a single trusted record for use by the business. CPP now has the ability to draw on significantly higher quality and more trustworthy data than before from its master data repository. This allows CPP to improve its interactions with retail partners and increase the effectiveness of its marketing and customer retention initiatives.
